These are recipes that I’ve adapted from less healthy versions. I only post recipes that the people I make the food for rave over because I am a very harsh food critic sometimes. I have been cooking since I was 8 years old. It started out with me making omelettes every morning and then I learned what kind of spices to add from a chef friend. That turned into me making desserts for myself or my family like, toffee, peanut brittle, popcorn balls (the amount of corn syrup I’ve used in my day is a bit much, but you know how that goes) I stopped using any corn syrup around 6 years ago after I’d read enough of my own research on it to decide it was best to stay away from it for me and everyone around me. 

Now, 23 years later of me creating lots of candy, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, dips, etc. It’s on!! Because these are secret recipes no one knows, but me. There might be close versions, but any time I’m looking up a recipe for something new, I change it. Every time! I can’t even help it now. If it has any ingredient I disagree, it’s out. And, if it’s not healthy enough for us, I’ll change the recipe even more until everybody is freaking out at how good it is without being as terrible for you as th boxed or ore-made version. 

I actually want to create my own easy to prepare , but not lacking in health-Brand, but I’m Baby stepping my way through this blogging adventure.
